• Return of any merchandise needs to be done within ten days from receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sold to you which is new, unused, and with its original labels. Merchandise broken or damaged in transit must be reported immediately to the freight carrier. El Paso Trading Post, Inc. will not refund or credit any damaged goods not inspected by the carrier. No refunds will be credited or exchanged unless accompanied by a valid return authorization number and a copy of your original invoice to verify prices and dating. Valid return will be credited or exchanged for the exact amount charged for the product.
